Extra Curricular

Getting involved isn’t just about going to lessons. Nansen Primary School offers an extensive range of pupil opportunities through various clubs and societies.

We have a number of clubs and activities on offer:

  • Musical – Choir is a lunchtime club.
  • Technical – LEGO and Computing
  • Sports – Gymnastics, Football, Basketball, Dodgeball and Hockey.
  • Healthy Eating and Healthy Bodies – Breakfast Club and Activities.

We hope that you will join at least two clubs or societies to make new friends and learn new skills.

Clubs take place throughout the day. They are available before the school day starts, at lunchtime and after the school day ends. Here’s a list of current clubs:

Our curriculum also includes educational visits, this  is also a big part of your school experience. Good memories from these activities and experiences can stay with you for life. Nansen Primary School regularly arranges visits to the theatre,  historical sites such as Warwick Castle and other adventure site such as Conkers. We have also run very successful ‘whole community’ trips and visits.
